Escape Dammit
Version 0.1
Escape Dammit is a small INIT that fixes the laziness of
many programmers.
It gives you the ability to use the Escape key (or Command - . )
in place of clicking the cancel button in almost all
the dialog boxes and alerts you'll run across.
Just drop Escape Dammit in your system folder, or your
Extensions folder under System 7, and restart. You can then hit
Escape or Command - . as an alias for Cancel.
Version 0.2
Escape ¥ Dammit is now a control panel, so you can configure it.
It includes two new features, Cute Alerts and draggable dialogs.
Cute Alerts is Keith's idea, and it flashes the note/stop/caution
icon in alerts.
Draggable Dialogs is an annoying feature that works with some dialogs.
You can hold down on the command key, and then click and hold the
mouse inside a dialgo or alert and drag it around your screen.
Of course, no-one is prepared to handle this, so your screen will
pretty much get trashed, though nothing should crash.
Version 0.3
Fixed a bug in CuteAlerts on Black and White machines.
Version 0.4
Added sounds to alerts.
